Angela Chee has worked as an Anchor, Host and Reporter for KNBC-TV and KCBS-TV in Los Angeles, Fox 6 in San Diego, E! Entertainment Network, The International Channel, Channel One News (a national news network broadcast to high schools) and helped launch Entertainment Tonight China for Paramount Pictures. Angela Chee has also appeared in the film Blades of Glory and the TV series No Ordinary FamilyHeroes, Shark, Medium, and Boston Legal as a news anchor or reporter. Angela Chee has appeared on HGTV (Home and Garden Television) and on the internet at HGTV BathDesign.com and HGTV Kitchen Design.com. Angela Chee's career has taken her across the country and her work has been seen around the world.

Angela Chee is a member of the Asian American Journalists Association. She also serves as a motivational speaker for businesses and community organizations and teaches broadcast journalism.

Angela Chee has also served as a guest lecturer at several universities including the USC Annenberg School of Communication. Angela Chee is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Communications and has also studied in China at Nanjing University. She speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Angela Chee's speaking career began at the early age of 15, when she was the first Asian American woman to win the title of "Miss California National Teen-Ager." This title allowed her the opportunity to travel across the country as a motivational speaker for her own generation. Now as an accomplished broadcaster, Angela Chee continues to speak to businesses and organizations sharing her insights and inspiring others.
