Your presentation style was outstanding, conveying your message to the attendees in a lively style laced with humor and stories that demonstrated your content. Without exception, the evaluations we received at the end of the day indicated that the information you presented was enjoyable, helpful and would be used. Of the evaluations I received a few days after the retreat, every one indicated that they were already using the relaxation techniques you taught to the group. You can see that your time with us had great impact.

Stress can ruin our days and shorten our lives. It ages us, harms relationships, and impairs job performance. What People Are Saying

In my 14 years with the California Audit Chiefs' Association, the evaluation scores for Dr. Winner's presentations have far exceeded the scores for any of our other presentations. Participants found the sessions very entertaining, but more importantly, they took home essential skills they could put to use right away and could continue to use for years to come. Dr. Winner's techniques have enabled County managers and executives to successfully cope with budget cuts and shifting priorities while maintaining a collective sanity"

and speaker coordinator for the California County Audit Chiefs' Association

Dr. Jay Winner is well known as an expert on stress management. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Winner present two outstanding workshops on stress management - one to General Dynamics and another to mental health professionals. I found his approach extremely valuable and relevant to my work as the director of an employee assistance program. One leaves his presentation armed with an array of pragmatic and very helpful stress management tools which I now often share with my clients. His book, Stress Management Made Simple, nicely compliments his thorough presentations. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Jay Winner's stress management book and lectures/workshops.

"Our group is still talking about the impact you had on them. The raves are coming in about how much value they left the meeting with, and how they have found many ways to implement your lessons to improve their lives. I knew from the minute that we talked on the phone that we made the right choice for a speaker for our management retreat. You took tremendous interest in our team from day one and it really showed in your presentation. We will definitely have you back again."
