Alisa Brady - Speaker Agent and Educational Consultant

Alisa joined BigSpeak with a background of diverse workplace experience ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small startups. After graduating with a degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara she began her career in the defense industry where she worked in finance as a business manager and subject matter expert in a major software implementation. After her experience in the corporate sector, Alisa followed her heart and relocated to San Francisco where she began work as a Success Coach mentoring non-traditional college students looking to complete their degrees. Her one-on-one coaching sessions increased student retention, student moral and the number of students graduating with degrees, effectively helping both her university clients and her students to prosper.

Alisa’s background in coaching and her interest in organizational change and development led her to BigSpeak where she partners with the smallest of companies to the Fortune 100s.  Alisa recognizes that each organization has a unique culture and a unique set of goals. When working with Alisa, she will help you identify key attributes of your ideal speaker or consultant, and find the best fit for your organization.
