About Bob Davies . . .
Bob is a keynote speaker, author, trainer and coach, specializing in creating clarity, focus and accountability for motivated individuals and businesses. He teaches a system that breaks through fears and creates a "being in action" mentality. This results in measured increased quality, service, fulfillment and productivity in each person's life. His philosophy states that the purpose of being in business is to grow people, and he teaches a system that enables organizations to live this three phase code:
1) I do what I say I will do
2) I am better as a part of a team than alone
3) Accountability-I am the source of all that I experience
For over twenty years, Bob Davies has been training, coaching and motivating professionals to overcome limitations and increase their focus. As a former football coach at Cal State Fullerton, he used his unique techniques to help the team climb from last place to win two conference championships. His coaching methods helped transform Scott Vernoy from an average punter to one of the top five in the nation. And he coached Jeff Blatnik, the wrestler who overcame cancer to win the 1984 Olympic gold medal.
This coaching background enabled Bob Davies to study and develop a system to enable individuals to tap into the highest level of their potential. Davies uses his expertise to help business leaders and sales teams create balance and fulfillment in their lives as they create superior results at work.
Using proven scientific methods to accelerate individual and group performance levels, Bob speaks to thousands of men and women each year teaching techniques that enable them to achieve their personal and professional goals. His system helps people to break through their fears and create a "being in action" mentality that results in measurable productivity and quality improvements.
Bob Davies 7 beliefs to be challenged:
1) The reason for being in business-(not making money)
2) Goal setting-(by itself, is an incomplete process)
3) Evaluating by ranking and comparing-(not appropriate)
4) Committing high-(not effective)
5) Positive thinking-(pie in the sky doesn't work)
6) Motivation-(what drives human beings is not what you think)
7) Time-(not everyone has the same 24 hours)
