Most recently Siever held a Senior Executive role within the Manufacturing and Technology sector. Under his leadership, top-line sales increased by 30% year-over-year inside the Americas. That same organization, without adding resources (and utilizing Siever’s focus on systems and processes), increased throughput by 35%.
Siever has also been involved in Organizational Development and Corporate Development for over a decade. His corporate consulting and professional development experience spans DOD contractors, information technology providers, high-tech start-ups, private hoteliers and multi-million dollar manufacturers.
He is an alumnus of the Aspen Institute for Young Executives and a previous in-house facilitator for the Franklin Covey Company. Bryan is also a professional coach, receiving his formal training from The Hudson Institute. The Hudson Institute, founded by Fredrick Hudson, is recognized as the premier professional coaching program in the United States.
Within his “portfolio-life", Bryan is the President of two companies: consulTEAM and G.U.E.S.T! Service Enhancement. Both organizations focus on the development and delivery of corporate training programs as well as providing performance-based coaching. Siever is also a senior partner of Performance Development Solutions which specializes in Formal and Informal communication strategies as well as improving group cohesion.
Recent clients include Raytheon, Network Hardware Resale, Cox Communications, University of California Santa Barbara, Coldwell Banker Bain, and Allergan/Inamed Corporation.

By encouraging his corporate clients to sponsor America's "Rising Stars", a life-leadership program, he successfully bridges corporate learning and broad-based community building.
Bryan possesses degrees in Business/Hotel and Restaurant Management, a Masters in Organizational Development and is completing a Ph.D. in Adult Cognition and Organizational Systems.
