Elise Wygant joined BigSpeak in 1999 as Vice President.  She actively supports the executive team with creative ideas for organizational growth. 

Prior to joining her husband Jonathan at BigSpeak, Elise was an Associate Principal at Stanton Chase, an international retained executive search firm.  In addition to her responsibilities in research and candidate development, she worked on numerous senior-level assignments in the financial services, retail, high technology, telecommunications and transportation industries.

Earlier in her career, Elise had a successful interior design business in which she used her creative talent to support the interior decorating needs of business owners and homeowners alike.
