Jonathan Wygant is president and founder of BigSpeak, Inc. and Leadership Excellence University (LEU) in Santa Barbara, CA.  BigSpeak’s corporate mission is:  “To educate, enlighten and inspire human potential through world class resources and unparalleled service.”  BigSpeak serves the speaking and training needs of Fortune 1000 and multi-national companies worldwide.

Before creating BigSpeak and LEU, Jonathan was the CEO and co-founder of Iris Arc Crystal, an Inc 500 international giftware manufacturing company. While at Iris Arc, he built the company to 5000 accounts, 120 employees and 135 sales reps nationwide. 

Jonathan's ability to generate organizational growth is coupled with a commitment to serving his employees and community.
