For over a decade, Ken Shelton has also provided services as a literary agent specializing in leadership books.

As a speaker and coach, Ken Shelton travels the world. He has been a featured speaker at leadership conferences in New York, Florida, California, Ohio and Georgia, and internationally at management conferences in China, Spain, Mexico, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Germany, Australia, Turkey, Ireland, Scotland, Dubai and Argentina.
