Maddy Dychtwald is a nationally recognized author, public speaker, marketing executive and entrepreneur. She has spent nearly twenty-five years deeply involved in exploring and forecasting demographic, lifestyle and consumer marketing trends.

Maddy Dychtwald is the author of three books; the latest is entitled INFLUENCE: How Women's Soaring Economic Power Will Transform Our World for the Better. She also wrote Cycles: How We Will Live, Work, and Buy, which was the winner of the 2004 "Book of the Year" Award from the National Community Colleges Association. In addition, Maddy Dychtwald co-authored an illustrated children's book entitled Gideon's Dream: A Tale of New Beginnings.

In 1986, Maddy Dychtwald co-founded the Age Wave organization with her husband, Ken Dychtwald. She has helped grow the company from the ground up to a multi-million dollar enterprise with a time-honored reputation as the best in its field.

A graduate of New York University, Maddy Dychtwald has been married for more than 25 years and has been a working mom living in the San Francisco Bay Area for much of her adult life.
