He is a Senior Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing and an Expert On Purpose with Dr. Andrew Weil’s web community. He consistently receives the highest marks as an educator in the Global Learning Resource Network of Duke Corporate Education and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota Carlson School's Executive Development Center. Along with his professional pursuits, Richard has been active in Outward Bound and has been leading his own annual Inventure Expedition walking safaris in East Africa for over 20 years.
