Susan Fowler has co-authored four books, including: Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations, The Team Leader’s Idea-a-Day Guide , Empowerment with Ken Blanchard, and the Self Leadership and The One Minute Manager with Ken Blanchard and Laurence Hawkins.

Susan Fowler received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Business from the University of Colorado and is a professor in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program at the University of San Diego.
