Tom Flick reached his goal of playing in the NFL when the Washington Redskins drafted him in 1981. Prior to his seven years in the NFL, Tom Flick was an All-American quarterback for the University of Washington Huskies. In his senior year, Tom Flick led the Huskies to the Pac-10 Championship and the Rose Bowl, was voted the Pac-10 "Player of the Year" and elected by his teammates as "Most Inspirational" and Team Captain.
Since 1988, Tom Flick has tackled the business world with the same focus and spirit that earned him honors as a collegiate and professional quarterback.
As President of his own communications and consulting group, Tom Flick understands that people, not programs, help organizations change and grow.
