You will work closely with our sales agents, clients and our world-renowned professional speakers as a valued member of our finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement A/R, A/P and expense management processes
    • Build Relationships with Client’s A/P
    • Track collections and correspond with clients
    • Ensure Timely Receipt of Payments Due
  •  Process credit card payments
  • Complete vendor forms, ensure compliance
  • Investigate and solve customer inquiries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Collect data, build QB Enterprise reports with Report Builder
  • Bank deposits
  • Tracking tax withholding in accordance to international and state laws (we are a global company)
  • Support Migration to QB Enterprise from Premier and various projects
  • Sales Order management


  • Excellent attention to detail, due diligence
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or comparable work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite, advanced skills with Excel
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Acting as a Strategic Account Advisor for business thought leaders, renowned authors and Hollywood celebrities on the lecture circuit as well as an educational consultant to corporate learning and development programs can be exciting and glamorous (think Entourage, only with less Ari, more gold and no drama) but it is also primarily a consultative sales position, and you will spend a majority of your time on the phone advising clients, cultivating relationships and closing deals. Proactive outreach in addition to occasional leads, and previous clients and prospects are provided.

Selling to corporations, including Fortune 1000 companies, trade associations and town halls, our Strategic Account Advisors are also responsible for overseeing all aspects of events, from contract to itinerary to payment. This is a base salary plus commission position and/or higher all commission compensation opportunity with very high earning potential.


  • Minimum of three years industry sales experience
  • Professional phone presence and comfort making cold calls is expected
  • Experience servicing events and customers
