Retired Brigadier General Thomas Kolditz on How Leaders Can Build Trust in Times of Uncertainty

In a recent CEOWORLD article, Thomas Kolditz explores why trust becomes essential in uncertain times and offers a sneak peek at two principles from his new book, Against the Storm: How True Leaders Prevail When the World Shakes:
- “Leader Intent” helps teams make independent decisions while staying aligned with their leader’s goals
- “The 10 20 30 Rule” gives teams time to prepare, adjust, and rehearse before execution. Together, these techniques help leaders build trust before uncertainty hits.
