Conor offers an interactive session (or keynote address) aimed at helping your leadership understand how to integrate generative AI into your organization. This session focuses on scaling AI across departments, tailored specifically to align with your business priorities.

This session can be anywhere from 30 minutes (keynote style) up to 60 minutes, depending on the needs of the client.

For a more thorough exploration, Conor runs a workshop that can run from 1.5hrs -4hrs, depending on the time available. This deeper dive into generative AI covers specific challenges your organization faces, crafting an actionable AI transformation plan and walking through next steps of the journey, including what it looks like to establish an AI task force.

A key feature is the hands-on lab session, where participants tackle business challenges using AI tools under Conor’s guidance.

At the end of the workshop, Conor is available to stay for lunch or extended coffee break for follow-up discussions, ensuring any lingering questions are addressed.

Pre-engagement collaboration with your team ensures the workshop meets your organization’s needs. Following the engagement, participants receive Conor’s personal email for future queries.

Conor will work with your organization virtually to help establish and train an internal AI task
force. This engagement includes:

• Initial trainings with the task force members to build their foundational knowledge of

• Guidance on identifying suitable use cases and avoiding pitfalls
• Advice on best practices for upskilling the task force and broader organization
• Assistance in selecting and scoping pilot projects to demonstrate value
