If football is a game of inches, then coaching is a game of minutes—and in today’s world, the leaders who win are the ones who know how to reinvest those minutes where they matter most: in people.

In this high-impact keynote, Dr. Jen Welter brings the locker room into the boardroom to redefine Authentic Leadership in the age of AI. Drawing from her groundbreaking journey as the first woman to coach in the NFL and her championship career with Team USA, she delivers a powerful truth: technology doesn’t replace leadership—it reveals it.

As automation and AI streamline processes, eliminate friction, and create efficiency at scale, they also unlock something far more valuable—time. And the leaders who understand how to reinvest that time into human connection, trust, and culture will separate themselves from the rest.

At the core of this session is a bold shift in perspective:
AI handles the process. Leaders own the people.

Dr. Jen explores how the future of leadership is not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters more. Through compelling storytelling and actionable insights, she shows how elite leaders:

  • Turn reclaimed time into deeper relationships and stronger teams
  • Lead with empathy as a competitive advantage, not a soft skill
  • Build trust in environments where technology is accelerating everything but connection
  • Stay authentically human in increasingly digital spaces

This session reframes AI not as a threat, but as a teammate—one that allows leaders to focus on the moments that define culture: the conversations, the trust-building, the accountability, and the belief.

Because while systems can scale performance, only people can inspire it.

Whether leading a team, a project, or an organization, Dr. Jen provides a modern leadership playbook—one that blends efficiency with empathy, innovation with authenticity, and technology with trust.

About Keynote Speaker Jen Welter

A trailblazer in every sense of the word, Jen Welter, the first female coach in NFL history, serves as a powerful role model and inspiring reminder that anything is possible and barriers can be broken. Small in stature, at 5’2”, Welter relied on knowledge, technique and charisma to earn respect both on the field and on the sidelines. She not only made history coaching the Arizona Cardinals’ inside linebackers for their 2015 training camp, she also formed a strong bond with her team through trust and believing in them—with many of her players affectionately still calling her ‘coach’ to this day.

In October 2017, her first book, Play Big: Lessons in Being Limitless from the First Woman to Coach in the NFL was released – she reveals the grit and determination that it took to be a trailblazer in one of the country’s toughest boys’ clubs.

Drawing from her gridiron experience, she inspires audiences on the importance of authentic leadership, the power of diverse teams and achieving what others say is impossible. Welter holds a doctorate in psychology and master’s in sport psychology.
