Tackling Unconscious Bias and Cognitive Dissonance for better DEI Outcomes in the Workplace

Many employers are interested in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) at their organizations in order to drive performance and innovation. One of the biggest obstacles to creating a truly inclusive workplace is unconscious bias. Unconscious biases are ingrained beliefs which can lead to cognitive dissonance when faced with conflicting evidence.
