Winter Olympics Underway in Beijing
The 24th Winter Olympiad is in full swing in the host site of Beijing. For the first time, the Winter Olympics will feature artificial snow in all events due to the lack of snowfall in the region. Beijing is also the first venue to host both the Summer and the Winter Olympics. 109 events will take place over seventeen days where athletes from around the world battle for the podium.
