Avoid Miscommunication in the Workplace with a Four-Step Methodology

In a recent article for Forbes, BigSpeak EVP, speaker and attorney Ken Sterling discusses the oftentimes thorny territory of inter-company communication issues. Whether it’s an issue of simple miscommunication when it comes to sharing information, or completely disparate communication styles leading to breakdowns and enmity, issues in this area are the root cause of many larger organizational pain points, leading to decreases in team morale and even litigation.

 

Sterling’s research at USC and work with communication expert JP Pawliw-Fry, among other experiences, has led him to create a four-step methodology for mediating communication issues in the workplace.
