It is time for a different type of meeting – one that awakens

“…people and organizations move in the direction of the images we hold of the future.”  Diana Whitney

  • Do you want a vibrant culture that attracts great people?
  • Do you want to improve staff loyalty and longevity?
  • Do you want staff to connect their hearts AND their heads to truly own their work?

The more that their people become engaged, invested and take ownership, the more that an organization will thrive. The most vibrant organizations understand that the easiest way to do that is to involve them in the process of determining vision, values, and strategies.

Understanding that people move in the direction they look, the most effective leaders have pivoted away from just focusing on problems. They’ve experienced the transformational power of asking better questions: “When were we at our best? What works well now? Where do we want to go?”

The conversations we have determine the culture that we experience. Dr. Diamond will work with you to choreograph your workshop to create an experience where 100% of the attendees have a voice and 100% of them are engaged.

When was the last time you went to a meeting like that?
