In his youth, Daniel was a student leader at a private university in Bogotá and Regis was a student leader at a public university in Cartagena. Regis ended up militating as a guerrilla in the FARC. Daniel’s family member was kidnapped by that same Guerilla. Today, they both give a powerful lecture that shows the power of reconciliation. They are proof that it is possible to build a peaceful society, and that we can all reinvent ourselves.
