He was the most eloquent person on Capitol Hill speaking directly to Congress asking them to “just do your jobs so fisherman can go fishing”. He addressed the serious effects this shutdown will have on the economy; it was a moment that will rank up there as a time when the lack of confidence in Congress may be hard to recover from.”
