Before his career in venture capital, Kobie was an elite sprinter and captain of the Harvard Track and Field team. He carries the discipline, resilience, and competitive intensity of high-level sports into every professional pursuit. That athletic foundation shapes his leadership philosophy and is central ti his framework on Human Intelligence- a thesis that argues human judgment, creativity, lived experience, and relationships become more valuable, not less, as machines grow more capable.

Beyond the boardroom, Kobie is deeply committed to family and community. He and his wife, Shennel Fuller — founder of the children’s brand Miles and Milan — are raising two sons, Quincy and Jackson, both competitive track and field athletes. Together, Kobie and his sons co-founded Stuffers, an AI-powered custom stuffed animal company featured in Fortune magazine. Service and community involvement are core family values.
