“LaToya René was amazing! She connected with all of our staff even the individuals that are tough to reach. We left her workshop feeling invigorated and empowered to make a difference in how we serve our patrons. She taught us about the topic of diversity AND also worked with us to create a plan. That’s the first speaker I’ve worked with that has done that.”
