She will share the best practices she’s learned along the way toward building a sustainable culture that develops people while also building the business.  The great cultures do not happen by chance. They are intentionally designed and built through strategic leadership, clear behaviors, and integrated processes. Our employees are expecting to make an impact through meaningful work, growth through development opportunities, and express themselves authentically within a safe environment. Organizations are being asked to create a vision while also driving a successful, agile business. The most sustainable organizations know that organizational development can’t be done without also focusing on individual development. Organizations don’t have an option to become a learning organization–they must be one in order to meet the needs of the global marketplace and provide an engaging value proposition to leaders.

Melissa Daimler will share her stories and experiences at high-growth Silicon Valley companies and layout new approaches to make work the learning lab for developing great organizations and great people.
