About Speaker Myshel Romans…
Myshel Romans began working for The Marcus Buckingham Company in 2013 as a Master Facilitator and Content Creator: Designing and delivering world-class workshops and keynotes – based on Marcus Buckingham’s best-selling books, thought leadership, and research – for global clients including Hilton, Facebook, Deloitte, Accenture, Lululemon, Patagonia, Gap, and more.
In 2015 she decided to take a break from travel, and found herself back in her HR roots leading all of Talent + Culture for The Marcus Buckingham Company. Today, Myshel, a certified coach, works directly for Marcus – leading his team, and directing his content, his research, and his brand.
Myshel has rich roots in the Talent and Leadership Development industry and came to TMBC after leading Talent at one of the largest global sports retail manufacturers, Callaway Golf. There she led all of the company’s internal branding efforts, which included working closely with senior executives to create the company Vision, Mission and Values. Myshel single- handedly designed and delivered all leadership and management development programs globally, and was awarded for creating a world-class recruiting and new hire experience.
Myshel presents the strengths message at numerous industry conferences and executive retreats each year. Her past speaking engagements have included ATD International and National Conferences (Association for Talent Development), CLO (Chief Learning Officer’s Symposium) and HR Disrupt. Her passion for Marcus’ work, his research, and his powerful message of finding love in your work, shines through her easy and entertaining delivery style.
