Success Beyond Money and Career Achievements: Marc Randolph’s Inspiring Story of Balance and Fulfillment

As a business speakers bureau, we post a lot about business, and Netflix Cofounder Marc Randolph’s recent LinkedIn post was a refreshingly sweet reminder that success can be defined in more ways than money and career achievements.

For over 30 years, Marc has taken time out each Tuesday for a date night with his beloved wife – no meetings or conference calls getting in the way. As he puts it himself, the thing he is most proud of in life is not the companies he started, but rather that he was able to start them whilst staying married, having his kids grow up knowing him and being able to pursue other passions.

Marc’s post has since gone viral, inspiring and resonating with hundreds of thousands who resonate with having a successful career without sacrificing personal relationships. Check out the LinkedIn post here
