The Top Diversity Speakers of the Year

As 2021 comes to a close, we’d like to recognize some of our top-booked and most influential speakers. We are fortunate enough to work with experts from every field and industry; speakers from every possible background, who present traditionally or experientially, to massive audiences and intimate groups. Here, we’re pleased to highlight some of our finest diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) keynote speakers.

Chances are good that you’ve been hearing this and related terms quite a lot recently, but these are not mere buzzwords that can be disregarded as corporate speak. DE&I is proven to strengthen your workforce and improve relations with diverse customer bases, with organizations benefiting from different insights offered by diverse team members. However, diversity on its own only goes so far; it must be partnered with inclusive practices that give your team the tools they need to succeed, which may vary from person to person. That’s when equity and inclusion come into consideration.

The following speakers range from top experts and thought leaders to successful entrepreneurs, performers and scientists; in many ways, their only commonality is their commitment to helping audiences around the world understand the importance and potential of a diverse, equitable workforce.
