BigSpeak Speaker Tsedal Neeley’s new book, Remote Work Revolution: Succeeding from Anywhere has received a featured review in Publisher’s Weekly. The book highlights the seismic shift from the traditional workspace to the virtual one and that had only been magnified in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Publisher’s Weekly writes, “Significant and timely, Neeley’s guidance will provide vital information to those struggling to work and lead in the virtual workplace.”

With remote work here to stay, Neeley offers research-based solutions to combat some of the problems that come with working from home. These include, “…employee isolation, lack of synchronization and the ability to have shared goals, and problems with bonding and trust.” Neeley argues that though remote work can be challenging, there are proven ways to make working from home as productive as being in the office.
