The book is being used by companies, coaches, and executives to catalyze organizations to share stories. Carol also authored a custom version of the book for Cargill and another for Ahold Delhaize. 

Carol’s emphasis on leaders developing future leaders shines through in her presentations and writings. She also launched TWOthroughYOU, an initiative asking leaders to take individual ownership of sponsoring two female leaders behind them. TWOthroughYOU.com provides advice and actions for sponsors to be successful and for sponsorees to earn their support and flourish.
