Todd J. Jacobs

Vice President, Black Hills Energy

Elise Mitchell has an amazing gift as a speaker. She connects with the audience early and she brings them on a leadership journey as their tour guide. I invited Elise to speak at a corporate leadership development event for the Walmart US Merchandising Team, and she had the audience completely engaged! Her life lessons resonate to a broad audience and her style of leadership is authentic and memorable. Perhaps most telling is that I can still remember her stories and how she made me feel as I was Leading Through the Turn on her journey! I would recommend Elise as a corporate event speaker who will leave your audience with introspection and application of how they are leading through their own journeys.

Celia Swanson

Executive Vice President, Walmart Stores, Inc.

If you’re looking for a high-energy, high-impact business speaker for your event, Elise is the one you want. Her remarkable story as an entrepreneur who started a company from scratch, built it into an industry leader and sold it to a global organization is incredibly inspiring and really resonated with our attendees. Her engaging stories of the highs and lows she experienced and memorable lessons learned are ones every leader can benefit from hearing.

Most leadership speakers teach you how to manage or engage people better — perhaps at a higher level that you could before. Elise does that and so much more. Her trainings are one-of-a-kind. She helps you dig deep to understand yourself better, so you can lead at your best. She also helps you discover your purpose and your most important goals for leadership. Elise’s training was incredibly impactful on my life and the legacy I want to leave behind.

Leslie Godwin

Director of Sales, Walmart

We brought Elise in as a keynote speaker for a statewide women’s business leadership conference. She was incredibly inspiring. She helped our attendees understand how to navigate their personal and professional journey to success. Elise is sincere and genuine. She shares practical leadership tips and tools and engages her audience by invoking an authenticity rarely seen in public speaking. Our organization also honored Elise with a statewide award. In her acceptance remarks, she gave — with no prompting — inspiring remarks that served to motivate the audience rather than focusing on her own achievements.
