About Keynote Speaker Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim is a global leadership expert, organisational psychologist, executive coach and author who helps leaders and organisations build the human capabilities required to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Before founding Flow Leadership Consultancy, Dalia spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Electrolux. Throughout her corporate career, she led diverse international teams and contributed to some of the world’s most recognised purpose-led brand campaigns.

Her work on campaigns including Always #LikeAGirl contributed to 14 Cannes Lions awards and helped spark a global movement challenging limiting stereotypes and rebuilding confidence. This experience later inspired her TEDx talk and her book, Lead Like a Girl: How to Survive and Thrive in the Corporate Jungle, with a foreword by Sheryl Sandberg.

Dalia combines the commercial understanding of a global executive with the expertise of an organisational psychologist and executive coach. She holds an Executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and is an ICF-accredited coach.

Her distinctive approach brings together business performance and people-first leadership. She helps leaders develop courage, clarity, trust, resilience and accountability — the human capabilities that enable individuals and teams to perform at their best.

Today, Dalia works with leaders and organisations around the world through executive keynotes, interactive workshops, executive coaching and customised leadership development journeys.

Every experience is designed around the organisation’s strategy, culture, audience and specific leadership challenges. Her keynotes can be expanded into workshops, senior leadership sessions or longer development journeys, helping organisations turn inspiration into meaningful and sustainable action.

At the heart of Dalia’s work is a clear belief:

AI can automate work.

It cannot automate humanity.

YOU CAN’T OUTSOURCE SOUL.

As AI continues to transform the workplace, technology may change how work gets done, but humanity will determine how effectively people lead, collaborate and perform.

Human-centred leadership is not the opposite of high performance. It is how sustainable high performance is created.
