She explains how to start with “why” and then provides specific examples of tipping points that accelerate the process. Participants will learn more how valuable their networks are and what they can do to leverage them. Managing the change process is always tricky and requires a thoughtful and strategic approach. Understanding whether the change is divergent or not is critical to the approach and ultimate success. Finally, it’s important to tell a compelling story. Executive communication skills are like any other skill set—leaders need to learn them to maximize their impact and drive change. Data makes stories stronger, and although many people have not had a lot of experience with how to use metrics to demonstrate outcomes and tell a compelling story, Dr. Silver shares various ways to do this so that everyone can be successful.
