Patty is regularly called upon to do keynotes and workshops for women’s leadership networks and events.

Women are inspired by Patty’s own personal business and career success, but also with her openness and generosity in sharing the practical way forward with others. In this context, Patty addresses all the hard business and career challenges every leader needs to deal with — but with the weird stories, extra challenges, and and social and political roadblocks of doing it while female. Her personal, yet very practical stories highlight the value of the extra persistence, guts, and patience that are required to succeed, and she leaves other women inspired and motivated that they can do it too. As Ginger Rogers, the female half of the famous movie dancing duo said of her partner Fred Astair, “I did everything he did, but backwards and in high heels.”

About Keynote Speaker Patty Azzarello

“Patty is a business leadership speaker who has actually been a successful business leader”
