About Keynote Speaker Rajeev Kapur

Over a 30-year career, Rajeev has been part of the leadership team at Dell, where he built a $1B+ business in the US and managed Dell’s China and South Asia business to record growth. He has also been the President/CEO of three small to mid-size companies, leading to three successful exits. These companies ranged from entrepreneurial start-ups to $20–$100 million midsize companies. He attributes his success to building winning cultures, innovative strategies, and creating high-performance teams.

In 2021 and 2022, Rajeev was a finalist for both Entrepreneur and Innovator of The Year from the Orange County Business Journal for his work at 1105 Media, a leader in B2B marketing and media. In 2023, he was named one of the Top 500 Executives in Orange County, CA. In May 2024, Rajeev was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award. In February 2025, he was recognized by YPO as a Best Of The Best Award Winner at the annual YPO Global Leadership Conference. Recently, Rajeev was recognized as a Leading Disruptor by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

He has been a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) for 19 years. He received his Global MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles and is dual-certified in AI from MIT. Currently, he sits on two AI boards.

In early 2022, he became a bestselling author with his leadership book Chase Greatness: Enlightened Leadership for The Next Generation of Disruption, which was the most downloaded leadership book on Amazon from mid-November 2021 to February 2022. In August 2023, his new book AI Made Simple: A Beginner’s Guide to Generative Intelligence became available and became a bestseller. The third edition of this book launched in September 2025. His latest book, Prompting Made Simple, is now available.

Rajeev is an accomplished keynote speaker on AI and leadership, having spoken to companies and organizations around the world. Forbes magazine (August 2025) labeled him the “Top Leader Bringing AI To Everyone.” At the 2025 YPO EDGE Barcelona conference, he was one of the highest-rated and most in-demand speakers for his talk, A Taste of AI. He also serves as an advisor to the C-Suite with a focus on AI and leadership.
