Together with the Board of Directors and supported by a staff of 90 and a wide volunteer network, Tony Bingham is focused on helping members lead talent management in their organizations, build their business skills, understand the impact of social media on informal learning, close skills gaps, and connect their work to the strategic priorities of business. ASTD is frequently quoted about these trends and its own research in top‐tier business publications such as BusinessWeek, the Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal.

“Tony’s presentation opened up the door to social learning in ways that spoke to the participants where they were at. It was infused with relevant examples, interesting media –and compelling reasons to step inside!  Tony had a great presentation style that spoke to the participants and not above them. He was engaging and provided much needed clarity.  Immediate evidence of the positive impact Tony’s presentation had was the sheer numbers of attendees who participated in our online community launch and logged in immediately following Tony Bingham’s keynote!”
