  • “Tony Schwartz and his work at The Energy Project is revolutionizing our work at KIPP.  His basic idea, like all great ideas, is so elegantly simple – in order for people to be at their best they need to renew their energy levels. Since beginning our work with Tony, our team now focuses on how we build in time for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual renewal.  This year, KIPP is honored to serve over 50,000 kids and families across the United States.  Our students and their parents expect us to be at our best every single day.  Tony is teaching us how to do this.  He is a gifted speaker – whether presenting to several hundred principals and teachers or working in smaller groups, Tony has KIPP talking energy.  More than talking about it, he has us renewing energy regularly so we can deliver on the promises we’ve made.  Not only is Tony making KIPP more effective, he’s also making it more joyful and fulfilling.  Hiring Tony to speak to your team is one of the best decisions you will make this year.”

  • “Tony understands the forces — both internal and external — that have pushed so many of us into working lives defined by stress, overwork and burnout. His gifts as a speaker are only rivaled by his gifts as a listener, and his ability to help individuals and companies course-correct and operate with less stress and more productivity, creativity, and fulfillment.”
