Whitney Caldwell is a Strategic Account Advisor for the BigSpeak Sales team. After three years of working directly with the President on all bookings and events, she has moved into her own role as Strategic Account Advisor. She has experienced everything from inbound administration, and marketing materials, to client and speaker relations. Whitney has grown her personal client base with the guidance and direction of leadership, as well as developed an optimized strategy for providing reliable customer service.
Prior to her arrival at BigSpeak, Whitney graduated with honors from Chapman University with a degree in Communication Studies, and a minor in Sociology. During her time at university, Whitney immersed herself in the social-scientific world by providing academic assistance to numerous PhD-ed professors; contributing to multiple Granted Studies; and acquiring publication credits to two major National Studies funded through the National Science Foundation, and the National Institute of Health.
Post graduation in 2014, Whitney returned to Santa Barbara to help support the Communication Department at Santa Barbara City College. Finding herself at a crossroads, Whitney discovered her home at BigSpeak.
Outside of the speaking world, Whitney enjoys all the beauty and culture offered by the American Riviera.
